Grievance Redressal Policy

Newsigma Technologies Private Limited is committed to resolving user complaints quickly and transparently. This Policy describes our grievance mechanism, established under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (“IT Rules”), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) constituted by the Central Government under Rule 3A of the IT Rules, within 30 days of receiving our decision, at gac.gov.in. For personal data grievances, you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India after exhausting this grievance process. Consumer disputes may additionally be pursued under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We maintain records of complaints and their resolution as required by applicable law, and report on grievances received and actions taken where the IT Rules require periodic compliance reports.
